Purple Haze

Opulent purple adds an element of glamour to an interior whether it is the walls, furniture, soft furnishings or flooring you can make purple work for you. Subtle shades of lavender and violet to deep gem colours can work in any room.

A touch of whimsical wings can look amazing in the right environment. My fave is the dragonfly wallpaper, it looks amazing.

The Front Door

The front door of your home tells a story of who lives there. Small gumboots quickly thrown off before their enthusiastic wearer entered the house,  a vintage church pew sitting along-side the front door allowing for pondering time or a soft, warm dog bed ready and waiting for the gate keeper to takes its’ place again that night – each has its own story to tell.

I love a front door with a bright lick of paint injecting a pop of colour into the home.

Spring has Sprung

....and I am bang-up for one of these gorgeous spring flavoured Indian quilts from amazing on-line store Table Tonic.  The most beautiful authenic hand-stitched quilt I have seen in a while, it is on my wish-list (amongst other things!).
